The Adventure Agency offer the following team building events at Whites of Wexford:

Wexford Team Challenge (Off Site)

Activities: Your group will be divided into a number of smaller teams. The teams rotate through a series of fun challenges competing against another team at each. There is no waiting around and it’s fun all the way. Points are awarded accordingly and the winning team receive a prize. All activities are non-strenuous, are guaranteed fun & cater for all abilities.

Archery- Robin Hood eat your heart out! This is the real thing- state of the art bows, carbon fiber arrows- can you team hit the bulls eye??

Orienteering- Use your map to find the location of the markers which are hidden around the forest. When you find one stamp you card to prove you were there then move onto the next marker.

Team Game Examples:

Formula One: Each team is allocated two skis and rope. They must uses these to get all their team around the racing circuit while competing against the other team. Along the way they must pick up markers, the team with the most markers win. There’s only rule: you cannot touch the ground with any part of your body!

Explosive Soup: Inside the rope is a pond of toxic sludge. If anybody or anything touches this area they melt and cannot be used again. Situated in the middle of the pond is a bowl of highly explosive Campbell’s soup. The team must use the equipment provided to retrieve the soup. Rules if anything or anybody touches the area within the circle it cannot be used again. Points will be lost for spilling the soup.

Maze: The teams task is to get their team through the maze before the other team. The instructor has a master map of the trail marked on his secret map. One person from the first team steps on a mat on the starting line. If it’s correct they try another and so on. If they are wrong the other team get a chance. Once a team member has found their way to the other side the rest of their team can follow one at a time, but if they take a wrong step the other get back in.

Operation Meltdown

A container of Plutonium has mysteriously disappeared from a top secret government SSF (secure storage facility). It’s believed it could be used by rouge countries to fuel their nuclear weapons programme and pose a threat to world peace. Your crack team of secret agents has been called in to find it FAST, before it leaves the country! However, some teams may be given the roll of assassins, but you won’t know who!! Plus there is always the danger of double agents. Who do you trust? NO ONE! Your team’s dossier will outline your teams role and your mission. Details include information on Operatives (actors) who must be located and interviewed. And the locations of clues which will fill in missing parts of the puzzle. The missing Plutonium is out there and it must be found. The team to do it the quickest will be the winners along the with team of assassins with the most kills! This event is based around Wexford Town Centre and uses a number of skilled actors.

Wexford Treasure Hunt

Would you like to get yourself and your colleagues out for a half-day or  an evening of fun? Divided into small teams, each equipped with a Polaroid Camera and Challenge Book. Points are awarded for each correct photo plus bonus points for the funniest Team photo, photographing another team and collecting certain items etc. A prize is awarded to the winning team. The Challenge Book contains photos of landmarks in and around the town centre. The Teams objective is to follow the clues to find the location of the landmarks and replicate the photo as accurately as possible with their camera. Also, along the route the teams will find a number of fun challenges they must complete. If your team is successful you will get valuable bonus points.

Powerboat Treasure Hunt

Part 1 of your Treasure Hunts takes you for a high-speed ride onto the high seas to find the answers to the questions. You’ll hop and skip over the waves and take in some of the best views you can get. Loads of wild life will be on view- seals, sea birds and if you’re lucky dolphins. The trip lasts one hour approx. When you find your land legs it’s time for Part 2 & 3 of your challenge- your team is equipped with a Polaroid Camera and a Challenge Book. The book contains photos of landmarks in Wexford Town Centre. Your teams’ mission is to crack the clues and find the location of the landmarks then replicate the photos with their camera. Bonus points are also awarded for the funniest team photo, getting a photo of another team and loads more. We’ll have a nice prize ready for the team to return with the most points.
