1. Booking deposit of €20.00pp is required within 14 days of the initial booking.
2. An additional deposit of €25.00pp is required for accommodation, if applicable, within 14 days of the initial booking.
3. All deposits are non-refundable.
4. Final numbers and full prepayment (party night & accommodation) is due at least 14 days prior to arrival date.
5. These numbers are taken as final. No refund or transfer of monies will be allowed whatsoever, regardless of final attendance.
6. Additional numbers will only be catered for subject to availability.
7. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking if prepayment is not received by the due date.
