Procedure

Thousands of people have used Whole Body Cryotherapy safely and effectively in Europe. The procedure involves the spending up to three minutes in the chamber. A maximum of four people can use the chamber at any given time. The temperature of the chamber is -110 degrees celsius. The atmosphere of the chamber is dry cold so it is more tolerable and pleasant for the individual.

Clients wear head band, face mask and gloves to protect sensitive areas from the cold. This protective equipment is provided by the Cryotherapy Clinic. Clients are asked to bring there own shorts and wear runners and socks. Shorts must be made from cotton and hair and body must be dry.
