“I just wanted to contact the hotel to say what a great time I had during my stay at your hotel, my family and myself spent three nights there last week. There were 10 adults and nine children. All your staff were excellent from the reception staff to the bar to the lobby staff in the evening. They went out of their way to accommodate us for food and nothing was a problem.

Our meal in the restaurant was lovely and the staff were great with the kids which made it a more enjoyable experience for the adults.

I will definitely be recommending Whites of Wexford as a place to stay to all my friends.”

“I took my 90 year old grandmother out for her birthday at Whites last Saturday (during the dreadful rain) for Lunch. I wanted to write to commend the service we received in the bar, restaurant and coffee lounge.

She had limited mobility and is blind – it is extremely difficult to leave her on her own . . . without any prompting or request the Bar Manager (an Irish gentlemen) arranged for table service and even arranged for a dish which was not on the lunch menu to be prepared.

The quality of the food was very good but the overall attitude of all the staff was what made for an enjoyable occasion – in particular the bar manager but also the servers, chef and the receptionist (who allowed me to park my car in the porch near the entrance given the circumstances) no request was too much trouble and it was a real credit to the hotel. I would also say that unlike many Irish hotels I have visited you have extremely good facilities and access for the disabled.”

Your staff could not have been more helpful as always and the gifts in our room were exceedingly generous and kind.

I know that this kind of superior service is the norm in your hotel as I stayed there last year during the Festival and will be back with you again for the final weekend of this year's Wexford Festival Opera.  I am sure it will be very exciting this year in the new House and am looking forward to it very much."
