Gymnasium
Our superbly equipped gymnasium features the industry leading Fitlinxx training system. Our equipment is activated by your unique Fitlinxx PIN code. This will activate your very own computerised personal trainer to record and guide you and your workout session through to completion, thus enabling you to achieve better results while ensuring you are training using proper techniques. Combine this with your very own individual flat screen TV on each machine and your workout will never become monotonous. All this will take place under the watchful eye of our instructors who will be readily on hand should you need assistance.

Extensive free weights with dumbells ranging from 2kg - 40kg

Swimming Pool
Our 20m pool & children’s pool has uniquely reduced chlorine level thanks to an advanced ionizing system which sterilises our pool water as it passes through our state of the art filtration system. This reduces chlorine levels and odours and also gives our pool water a crystal clear sparkling effect. Our quality of water is kinder to the bather’s eyes, skin and respiratory system. Our lower chlorine levels are ideal for people suffering from respiratory problems such as Asthma. Swimming in our pool is a more enjoyable experience, whether you are there for leisure or relaxation. We offer private one on one swim lessons for those who wish to overcome nervousness in the water.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult while in the pool

Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to use the Gym

Children between the ages of 16 & 18 may use the gym but may not use the weights machines, only the cardio vascular machines.

Monday to Friday

4.00pm – 5.00pm

Half hour sessions

Throughout the school term

€50 non members for 6 weeks

€25 members for 6 weeks

Last admission to the pool is 45 minutes before closing time
