Drink plenty of water to keep hydrated
Eat fruit & vegetables. Try smoothies or soups if you’re not a big fan of these.
Get 8 hours sleep per night – you will feel the benefits
Do at least 30 minutes exercise per day even if it means parking the car further
away from work or taking the stairs
Try something new, whether it’s a new exercise class or a food you have never
heard of – give it a go
Make small changes – they will add up to make a big difference to your lifestyle
