Hi, we had a great stay at Whites of Wexford, the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. We had afternoon tea which was lovely and some treatments in the Spa which were very relaxing. it was a relaxing experience all round.

My stay in Whites of Wexford was excellent on Friday last 10th May. I visit different hotels in different parts of the country with friends from work once every two or three months and go shopping. I must say that the staff was what made my stay the best, they were so friendly and nothing we requested was a problem to them. We hope to stay again in June next for two nights.

Great value break in a wonderful hotel which is centrally located and close to all Wexford town has to offer. Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff and superb leisure centre made our mid week break complete. Thank you and keep up the good work. Billy and Very Murray.

We had a lovely stay Bank Holiday weekend May 2013, the hotel is very spacious even though their was a wedding reception being held on the Saturday we were still able to sit in the bar and have a drink, the Music in the Bar was very good and a great atmosphere, the music Sunday night a little boring sounded the same all night, not much variety
All the staff were very helpful and polite , bar staff very good.
The only downside of our stay was the constant humming of the fans just below our window we were in room 233, and also the boom boom music from the Whites Café which went on to the early hours of the morning we had to resort to wearing make shift ear plugs, We did mention to the receptionist when we were leaving she was so sorry for our disruption we Know we should have said something earlier but the Hotel was very busy and did not want to make a fuss. We will return hopefully later in the year as we did have a lovely time it was our wedding anniversary this time I hope to return for my husbands 55th Birthday later in the year. We ate in the Restaurant on Sunday Night and the food was very good would definitely recommend eating there during your stay.

Both myself and my son really enjoyed our stay at Whites Hotel. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The receptionist was very helpful, both checking in and checking out. Whites is a first class hotel in every sense of the word.

We had a really lovely time in Whites, staff really great , rooms lovely , pool great, the only small thing i will say is that we had lunch one day in the library bar and we were very disappointed, there was a mistake made and that is totally understandable and when we
pointed it out it was dealt with very well however the food was very very poor. This experience did not effect our trip however we did not eat in the bar again ,

I had an excellent few days holiday with my mum. We were well cared for. Service in regards to dinning, accommodation and leisure were at a very high standard. In particular the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Food was great. Will definitely be back. Thanks for great holiday.

the staff were all as helpful and friendly as usual
the food was as tasty as usual and plenty of it
the room was clean and tidy and the bed very comfortable
only complaint was the view from our window., very depressing looking out at the top of a large tent and a weed covered
surround.
we have stayed with you many times and have always had a peaceful view
nevertheless we will be back again in the near future

Great location in the heart of Wexford town. Good car parking facility;.Personal welcoming and attentive reception.
Room comfortable but very noisy on Sunday evening until 1 am Monday with street singing.
Corridors and Rooms needed more thorough cleaning in particular toilets and carpets..
Dining Room staff friendly but poor quality coffee at breakfast.
Good value overall

This is my favourite hotel in the South-East. Great food, great gym, comfortable rooms and excellent service. The prices are super too. I always look forward to going back.

Room and facilities were excellent but let down by the food.breakfast was probably one of the worst We have had in all our travels.Quality was poor and anything cooked was overdone and quite frankly in edible.Raise the standard of your food and you have a great hotel.

Very nice visit to Whites once again. We have stayed there many times and have never had cause to complain. Friendly and enthusiastic staff particularly in dining room. If I had to say one slightly negative thing it would be the lack of a peaceful lounge without TV's blasting out sport making it impossible to have a quiet drink and chat.

The hotel was great the room was very nice and very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The spa was very relaxing and really enjoyable which is well worth a visit if you have the time. We had dinner in the Terrace restaurant which was very good and the staff again was very friendly making sure that everything about the meal was okay and that you had a good enjoyable experience.

Very much enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the little touches (welcome back plate!!) and Happy birthday plate for my husband when all I had asked for was candle on his dessert..Very relaxing few days and staff so nice

We enjoyed every part of our stay with you with the exception of the breakfasts. They were overcooked and cold. The dinner was just adequate and not really of a standard for a four star hotel. However we found your staff to be extremely helpful and courteous, particularly the Reception desk.

Really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The staff were friendly and the hotel is lovely. I had booked two rooms but the television in either of these rooms did not work, we rang reception and one of the staff fixed the problem. But when we switched it back off and back on neither of them worked again.

Our stay at Whites of Wexford was very pleasant. The check-in procedure is effortless and professional. As we arrived prior to our check-in time, we got a phone call once our room was ready.
Rooms are spacious and have got all the usual facilities. Strangely enough there was only one chair in a room that was meant for two people. Breakfast was just lovely, with a wide variety of hot and cold food to choose from. The swimming pool was quiet on both occasions that we used it, just the way we like it.
Many thanks to the very friendly and professional staff at Whites for a very enjoyable stay.

Overall a nice experience, comfortable beds, nice breakfast and a clean bathroom.
We avoided the Q's at both breakfast and checking out by being a bit early for both. We noticed the Q's at 10.30 for breakfast and 12.00 for checkout. The hotel was busy last Saturday night.
Disappointed with no wifi in the room and the room was very small. It was actually difficult to walk at the end of the bed near the dressing table it was so small.

I enjoyed my stay in your hotel very much.
The food, especially the breakfasts, were fantastic.
I was, however, a little disappointed by the room we were in.
Our carpet was quite stained and I was reluctant to walk on it without my shoes.
We were in the older part of the hotel and would have preferred to stay in the newer part.
The hotel was recommended by our daughters who both stayed there last summer and spoke very highly of the service they received.
Overall, though, we enjoyed our visit.

We have just returned form a three night break way in Whites hotel with our two children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the food was very good and the service was excellent. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. It was a lovely touch on Easter morning to find a small basket of little Easter eggs for the children, and the Easter egg hunt was extremely well organised and ensured all concerned got some chocolate eggs!

My wife and I had a really relaxing & enjoyable Easter weekend at Whites.
Check-in & general enquiries at reception were handled very well (Laura well done), good explanation of facilities etc. & offer of help with bags etc. very natural approach.
Restaurant staff were excellent great personal touch, professional yet friendly & warm, again very natural, food was excellent. We eat there 2 evenings out of 3, We eat in another restaurant just for a change 3rd night.
My wife really enjoyed the spa treatments and the Wexford club pool was really good.
Although we didn't have children with us the hotel seemed to cater really well for families, we thought the Easter egg hunt on Sunday looked like good fun.
I have 3 suggestions Whites may wish to consider addressing:
Our bedroom: There was a small hole in the centre of the ceiling ( looked like a fitting was removed but the hole never filled in) it just looked unfinished.
There were wires hanging down from the TV and some wires with insulating tape at the side of the desk, they just looked unprofessional and took away from the otherwise clean feel of the room.
Our check-out time clashed with a huge influx of ASTI delegates and I would suggest that you consider dedicating one desk to people checking-out in such situations, the natural thing is when your weekend/holiday has ended you just want to leave without delay.
The points above are not meant as negative but rather genuine suggestions for improvement which I hope you may consider as positive.
Our overall experience was very positive and we would definitely recommend Whites to friends and we hope to stay at Whites again. Thanks

Fabulous value for money, we had a hot stone massage second to none and some other treatments. The termal suit was fabulous just what we needed to destress. We had dinner in the terrace and the choice on the menu was amazing its always nice to get something new to try when eating out. I laughed when i saw the hot stone option for cooking your steak at the table, it tied in brilliantly with our hot stone massage. Overall a brill experience. We are regular returners to Whites and we had our first ever weekend away there and we have gotten married and everything since and still go back for a quality break.

We arrived on Good Friday to a warm welcome by one of the reception staff. Our room was not ready at first but we were able to have refreshments in the lobby. The coffee and muffins were delicious. We eventually got into our rooms around 3pm and found it very comfortable with everything we needed. The decor was a bit tired but it didnt spoil our stay. The view of the town and harbour from the very large windows was lovely especially when we decided to chill out and read the papers delivered to our room each day. All our meals were good and beautifully cooked, especially the carvery. We found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly especially after returning from a day out to find the car park full and were given clear instructions as to were we could park. Thank you Whites for a lovely Easter.

We stayed in the hotel on the 30 & 31st of March 2013, the room was up to standard and the staff were all friendly and our treatments in the spa were fabulous. However we booked a baby sitter for two nights and on checking for the sunday night the hotel had failed to organise this. Which put a dampner on our stay. Also I changed my mothers booking through email 4 weeks prior to their arrival and it was not till the sunday that we found out they had not changed this booking.
Overall our stay was pleasant but the babysitter really put a dampner on mine and my husbands stay on the sunday night.

Staff couldn't have done enough for us, as a family we felt right at home with our daughter, nothing was too much trouble when we asked the staff for something for our daughter who is three, they kept her entertainted through the Easter weekend with the Easter Egg Hunt, service was out of this world, food was five star, room had amazing view of the sea, facilities were fantasticand the spa was perfect for some mammy free time,you have great staff-gave us some great tips about the local area and recommended a local farm to go to with our daughter which she loved! thank you for making our Easter get away so memorable will certainly be returning again-Linda

Stayed 2 nights over the Easter and it was a most pleasurable experience. The staff were most welcoming and helpful. I am a wheelchair user and it was easy to navigate around the hotel and the room and I was able to access all areas of the health centre. We had booked one evenign meal and this was absolutely lovely. The presentation was top class and the taste was just right. My self and my partner ordered 2 completely different meal choices and neither of us had a single complaint. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were just right. The robes and slippers were a nice touch and added to the relaxation we both felt. All in all, I would have no hesitation in returnign or recommending Whites as a place to stay and unwind.

This was my third visit to Whites and the it was as good as my past experiences. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The room /bathroom was clean and spacious which would be of utmost importance to me. The only slight problem I had on this visit was that I found the bedroom too hot at night despite an open window and 0 degrees outside. The visit was relaxed and enjoyable and i definitely plan a return visit in the future.

Hi, We really enjoyed our stay as always. The rooms were lovely, the staff excellent and the food delicious. Two points worth mentioning - both rooms were very dimly lit, nice for sleeping in, but hard to see anything in the evening getting dressed etc. Also might be an idea if Terrace menu could have a rolling menu where there is a change of one dish each evening, as the three nights we stayed the four of us had the same menu each evening. It would have been nice if one or maybe two or the starters and mains had changed to give a bit of variety each evening. Other than that we had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you

I Recently stayed with Whytes for the 3rd time and it didn't disappoint. My parents came from Edinburgh and I decided to book a night in the hotel as a treat. I also booked an hour in the Thermal suites in the tranquillity spa which we thoroughly enjoyed. We decided to have dinner in the Terrace restaurant and the food and service was excellent, a good choice of wine and varied menu to suit all tastes. As before, the rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. We will most certainly be staying again and my parents are looking forward to their next trip over .

We had a lovely stay @ Whites and we were pleased when we arrived a little early to find our room ready even though check in wasn't until 4pm. A little disappointed that the kids club was over even thought it was mid term and when we booked we were advised there would be childrens activities during the mid term break. The pool was lovely & clean if a little cold and the hotel facilities were good. We ate in the hotel on both nights and both lunchtimes, but found the food not as nice as our last visit (last year). Aside from the food & no childrens activities we had a lovely stay and wlll probably return. The staff @ reception and in the library bar & breakfast couldn't do enough for us. Thank you.

Had a wonderful one night stay at Whites. The room was clean and functional. Enjoyed a light meal in the bar. Tried the spa where I had a super massage. And the reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is perfect with excellent parking facilities. Staff at breakfast made me smile!

I found all the staff courteous and pleasant.
I do think having to wait in line for breakfast was very off putting after all the joy of having a break is having your breakfast handed to you.
The other negative was the cold, the room was quite cold as was the whole hotel.

At White's I was yet again very much at home from the moment I arrived. The bedrooms were spacious; beds were comfortable; the pillows were of a very high standard; indeed the rooms were the next best thing to sound proof. I had a lovely view on to the Ocean To rid myself of the life's stresses I had the Leisure Centre and the Tranquility Spa which is a must especially the latter. In the Terrace Restaurant I was very well looked after; one of White's great strengths is that they are able to keep their staff in the Terrace Restaurant which makes a big difference to those of us who return again and again.. The Breakfast is second to none with no cut backs; the fruit salad is authentic with no additives;the full Irish is excellent and well presented ; the Whites Brown Bread is a must. I started my day each morning in the relaxed atmosphere of the Terrace Restaurant with complimentary newspapers. There was absolutely no pressure to have me in and out. Everything was relaxed and respectful. As I began my day in the Terrace Restaurant so did I end it with Dinner each evening. The Maitre D was always on hand with a kind word. Again the staff were very' au fait' with the contents of the menus. I indulged in some beautiful cuisine especially the confit of duck; it is an absolute must you will not regret it. White's is a very welcome place for the solo traveller, In all a wonderful experience as always. Thank you sincerely everyone, Frank.

Myself and a friend of mine stayed with yourselves for 2 nights originally. On the first night, the television wasn't working and reception said they would send someone up. Which didn't happen, even after I'd make a 2nd phone call. On the second night, a lady and gentleman both tried to fix the tv but it wasn't possible so you kindly upgraded our room and we stayed an extra night. Apart from the television, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.
