Class Schedules

Our spacious studio caters for both members and non members. Our fitness classes are designed with a view to a balanced and achievable approach to health and fitness. We cater for beginners right through to more advanced clients.

The Wexford Club is open to members and residents:

Monday - Friday 6.45am - 9.00pm

Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays 8.00am - 8.00pm

Last admission to pool is 45 mins before closing time

Pool cleared 15 mins before closing time

Please note swimming hats must be worn in the pool and these can be purchased at reception.

Children welcome after 9.00am and before 7.30pm

Children 3 - 15 years, students 16 - 18 years

Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times

Swimming Lessons

Here at The Wexford Leisure Club we are now offering a full range of Irish Water Safety Guidelines swimming lessons from Sea Level 1 for our beginners, up to Orca Level 15 for advanced swimmers. Adult swimming lessons & one to one lessons also available.

Children’s Swimming Lessons

€40 for members, €80 for non members (10 weeks)

Classes:

Yoga: This class is held by an external instructor and takes place on the 5th floor in the hotel. It boasts a stunning view of the sea. Yoga is a powerful vehicle for change, as you build strength, you start to believe in your own potential. 

 

Stretch and Flex: Improve range of movement and flexibility through hyper-stretching in our studio every Monday night.

 

Aqua: A fun filled 45 minute aqua aerobics session in our pool.

 

Caveman: A high intensity workout incorporating weights and cardio exercises. This takes place in our High Performance Centre.

 

Fabulous at 50: An excellent compliment to aqua aerobics and takes place in our studio. It consists of light cardio, flexibility and toning exercises. 

 

Boxercise: Get fighting fit without getting hit in our studio every Wednesday night. Open to both male and females.   

 

Circuits and TRX: A fun filled circuit with TRX exercises incorporated. This takes place in our High Performance Centre.

 

Bootcamp: Get your weekend off to the perfect start every Saturday morning in our High Performance Centre. A mixture of weights and cardio will have you set up for the day!
